  • Where is ABGArts based?
    ABGArts is based in Whetsone, Leicestershire.
  • Is my order made to order?
    Yes, We print your chosen artwork on your desired product you choose.
  • How accurate the images are on fabrics?
    There might be some colour differences as images may not be a perfect match with what you see on your screen. There might be some colour differences in different fabrics even on the same design. This is due to the composition and structure of each fabric. Overall you should receive a very close match.
  • Can I send my own design to print?
    Yes. You need to send your design in repeatable tiles both in width and length. You will need to send your design via Wetransfer.com to info@abgarts.co.uk Please also include which fabric you would like your artwork to print on.
  • My order came faulty. What do I do now?
    If you think the item you received is faulty please get in touch with us first before returning the item. We will issue an authorization code for you to return the item. We may not be able to issue a refund unless it is sent without an authorization code.
  • Do you have a student discount?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer students discounts at the moment.
  • When will I receive my order?
    After the confirmation of your order, It should be ready for dispatch within 3 working days. Delivery time will vary from 1-2 days depending on your post code.
  • Do you deliver world wide?
    We are currently only delivering to EU countries and the UK.
  • What is Oekotex certificate?
    Oekotex is a certificate which shows and guarantees that the fabric does not contain any harmful substance. We are annualy being auditied from Oekotex so that it is alway up to date.
  • Can I change the colour of the artwork I choose?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes to the artwork.
  • I would like to print in large quantities? Can I get a discount?
    If you are interested buying in bulk and have a potential order of 300 mt , pieces and above, please contact our wholesale team from sales@georgebonas.com
  • My question is not here. Who should I contact?

  • I am ordering from Europe. Am I going to pay duty or extra charges?
    There is a £14 delivery charge for orders below £49. The delievery is free of charge for orders that are £49 and above. However we are not responsible for any custom related charges at the destination of the delivery. Delivery charges may vary.
